Lance P. Sprinkle

Chief Financial Officer and Cofounder of Pet Partners, LLC

Lance Sprinkle is the CFO and Cofounder of Pet Partners whose significant experience in hospitality, IT and veterinary businesses enables him to deliver best practices to the veterinary hospitals of Pet Partners and to share effective management strategies across organizations.

“As we have more locations and more people, we get more great ideas,” he said. “We’re a business about finding best practices and sharing them. At the same time, we’re always trying to embrace the local culture of a hospital and bring to it a disciplined business structure. We work closely with each hospital to keep its family feel as it joins a larger Pet Partners family.”

Lance began his career in 1993, as he received his B.S. from the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University with a finance concentration. In his endeavors in the hospitality industry, he experienced hands-on service level management running numerous restaurants in Atlanta, Georgia, during the city’s accelerated growth leading up to the 1996 Olympic Games.

In 1999, Lance moved to Boston to join Healthy Pet, Corp. and helped the principals develop a business strategy and implement this strategy across all acquired operations. Lance worked four years with Healthy Pet in roles ranging from the local management of a $3 million, 24 hour Veterinary Hospital, to the regional directorship of the Massachusetts region overseeing the performance of eight hospitals generating over $13 million annually. Lance has successfully utilized his experience and skill in the hospitality and information technology fields, formulating a disciplined approach to running veterinary practices while empowering leadership amongst staff members.
