New Dog Training Offered at Local Vet
Newburyport, MA - Feb. 19, 2009 - Why is Dog Training So Important? Because it can save pets’ lives and lead to happier, healthier pets!
Dogs need to be taught how you want them to act. Proper training not only helps pet owners maintain better control over their dogs, but also aims to reduce behavior problems by helping people and their pets understand each other, which is essential for a good relationship. Bad behavior is the number one reason dogs are surrendered to shelters, so well-trained dogs have a better chance of staying in their homes. Veterinary Center of Greater Newburyport wants all pet owners to have healthy, happy pets!

Veterinary Center of Greater Newburyport is now offering dog training at their location at 91 Bridge Road in Salisbury.
Obedience training classes will be held each week on Wednesday evenings from 6:45 - 7:45 p.m., starting February 25 - April 1.
The instructors are Glenn and Judy Goldman, certified behavioral consultants, trainers and owners of Pet Dog Training.
Call Veterinary Center of Greater Newburyport at (978) 463-3309, for class times and availability, or visit www.vetcgn.com for more information.
The cost for the 6-week class is $165.
