About Our Animal Hospital
UR VETERINARY GOAL IS TO KEEP YOUR PET AS HEALTHY AND HAPPY AS POSSIBLE.
In doing so, we strongly recommend and encourage preventative medicine such as physical exams with our vet, heartworm prevention, and annual vaccine boosters. We also encourage spaying and neutering your pets for health reasons as well as helping to control the number of unwanted pets in our city.
Our staff is ready to assist you and your pet with whatever your vet healthcare needs may be.
If your pet is in need of specialty care, we are able to provide referrals for local specialists in Albuquerque.
WE TREAT YOUR ANIMALS WITH OVER 20 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
Ventana Animal Clinic opened February 1st, 2007. Dr. Linda Contos has been serving as a vet in New Mexico since 1989. Dr. Heidrich has been treating pets for over 20 years.
At Ventana, we realize everyone’s time valuable. While we do accept walk-ins, we schedule by appointment and make every effort to stay on time. We generally can book your appointment with the vet within a day or two.
If your pet needs vaccine boosters, or other routine care, like ear cleaning, toe nail trimming, and microchips; we do it all.
WE STRIVE TO PROVIDE THE BEST POSSIBLE CARE TO THE PETS OF OUR CLIENTS.
We practice high quality veterinary medicine and provide our clients with written estimates of our extended services.
We are always interested in trying new methods to achieve better efficiency and optimum patient care.
The two most important things are the care of our patients and the satisfaction of our clients.
We are the animal’s advocate.
